Return Policy


We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of order delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Pickup for return/exchange will be arranged within 7 working days of your request.

Refunds:

The replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 days. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited within the same timeframe.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Customers must provide UPI or bank details for the credit of refund amount.

Please note that final crediting may vary based on bank processing times.


    Received a Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product?

    • In case of a wrong, damaged, or defective item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and a video of the unboxing showing the shipping label.
    • Once verified, we will process either a replacement or a refund accordingly

    Cancellations

    • Orders canceled before dispatch will be fully refunded.
    • If an order is lost or undelivered, a full refund will be issued.
    • House of Quirk reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet our requirements, with prompt communication regarding the refund.
