Description

Light and breathable: Organizer is made of non woven fabric material, surrounded by 2pcs 2.0mm thick cardboard, dividers are sewn together and each slot shares the same bottom.
Easy to assemble: There is a zipper diagonally across the bottom, just need zip to use it, zipper can help keep it's square shape and allows you to fold when not in use, saving a lot of space.
Cleaning method: Because organizer contains cardboard inside, please do not wash drawer organizer divider directly in water or washing machine. It is recommended to wipe with a dry towel.
Large capacity: 24 and 2 slot, suitable for ties, underwear, panties or socks (light or medium weight sock),not recommended for bra or heavy winter socks.
Matters need attention: It will have some cardboard smell, please put it in a ventilated position for 24 hours before use or can put an air freshener in one slot to remove odor.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and labels.
For wrong, damaged, or defective products, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the shipping label.
For other return reasons, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
COD charges are non-refundable.
Returns damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected.

Replacements

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged products will be replaced free of cost.
Color/size replacements are subject to availability and return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Replacements are delivered within 7–10 days after verification.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
COD refunds require UPI or bank details.
Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
Lost or undelivered orders are eligible for a full refund.
