2. Products and Availability

House of Quirk offers home essentials, storage solutions, lifestyle accessories, drinkware, utility products, and other consumer goods.

All products are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product images, descriptions, colours, dimensions, specifications, and prices.

However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photographic lighting, manufacturing variations, or product batches.

Material discrepancies, defects, and incorrect products will be handled under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, and availability without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and Cash on Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed before checkout completion.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors.

If a confirmed order is affected by a material pricing error, we will inform you and offer the available resolution, including cancellation and a full refund where appropriate.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.

House of Quirk does not store complete credit card or debit card details on its own systems.

4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation by email, SMS, or another available communication channel.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.

Orders may be cancelled where products are unavailable, payment verification fails, or legitimate fraud or operational concerns arise.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to serviceable locations across India.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, courier partner, and operating conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds, and store credits are governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Customers are requested to report transit damage, missing components, incorrect products, or visible defects within 48 hours of delivery, together with relevant evidence.

Change-of-mind return requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product-category conditions.

Approved discretionary returns are generally eligible for store credit rather than a cash refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory remedies available to consumers under Indian law.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order status.

Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the applicable return process may apply.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may restrict accounts involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

All original website content, including text, product photographs, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, and other protected materials, belongs to House of Quirk or its respective licensors.
