• Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and labels.
• For wrong, damaged, or defective products, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the shipping label.
• For other return reasons, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
• COD charges are non-refundable.
• Returns damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected.

Replacements

Refunds

Cancellations
