Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and labels.
• For wrong, damaged, or defective products, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the shipping label.
• For other return reasons, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
• COD charges are non-refundable.
• Returns damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected.

Replacements

• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Damaged products will be replaced free of cost.
• Color/size replacements are subject to availability and return shipping must be paid by the customer.
• Replacements are delivered within 7–10 days after verification.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
• COD refunds require UPI or bank details.
• Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
• Lost or undelivered orders are eligible for a full refund.
