Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and labels.
For wrong, damaged, or defective products, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the shipping label.
For other return reasons, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
COD charges are non-refundable.
Returns damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected.

Replacements

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged products will be replaced free of cost.
Color/size replacements are subject to availability and return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Replacements are delivered within 7–10 days after verification.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Cancellations
